Our shoes are handcrafted with delicate care and impeccable precision exclusively in Los Angeles. We work with one of the last remaining shoe factories in the area so we have the privilege of personally knowing the artisans who bring our shoes to life. Foam Cushion Sole
Comfortable and flexible, we've put 3mm of poron foam cushion from heel-to-toe in our shoes. This insole provides superior cushioning and shock absorbency to keep you comfortable all-day long.
Inner + Outer Arch Support
Support at the inner and outer arches helps stabilize your strut and distribute weight more evenly as you walk.
Genuine Leather Outsole
Durable shoes begin at the sole. Our outsoles are made of leather that shapes to your foot, allowing natural contouring to take place with wear.

Fit + Care
All our shoes do fit true to size. That being said, shoes and feet are fickle. If you are in-between sizes, we do recommend sizing up. Please note that suede does stretch (a little) so do not fret if your shoes feel a little tight when you first put them on.
If you want to talk to someone who has spent a lot of time in our shoes, our customer service team can offer recommended sizing instructions for every product.
We offer one standard width (medium) for all shoe styles.
All our shoes have elastic or adjustable straps which make them comfortable for most foot widths.
We highly recommend avoiding exposing your Ma'am Shoes to water and moisture.
To provide your suede shoes with an extra coat of protection, we like to spray a moisture repellent (such as Scotchgard) on our shoes before their first wear. Please carefully follow instructions before using to avoid injury and discoloring your shoes!
For cleaning, please take your shoes to a trusted shoemaker or cleaner specializing in leather and suede.
The sizes listed are displayed with real-time accuracy with our most up-to-date stock information. If you sign up for a waitlist, we will notify you if an item is returned or when another batch is added to our site.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

Your order will ship from our warehouse the same day (if placed before 11 a.m. PST on business days) or the next business day after completion. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and provide a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Please keep an eye out because that may be changing very soon!
We are unable to ship to either a P.O address or freight forwarder.
Returns + Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase on all full priced items. You have 7 days from the time you request your return to drop off your return with USPS. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted floor to avoid scuffing the bottom of your shoes. Ma’am Shoes has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Items marked 'final sale' are not able to be returned.

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center at and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange.
We offer free exchanges on full priced items. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center at and you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
We ship exchanges within 3 business days of when you ship your returned item - even before we receive your original order.
You will receive a refund within 30 days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse. Our team needs to perform quality control on your returned item before we can put it back into inventory and authorize a refund. Please keep a record of your return tracking number.
